Summer of 17' holds some of the best events Chico has to offer, so be sure to join in all of the fun and make memories that you won’t soon forget!

Whether you spend a lively evening at the Thursday Night Market, or try out a new menu during Restaurant Week, we’re sure there is a little something on the list for everyone to enjoy this summer. 

Thursday Night Market

April 6-September 28

6:00pm-9:00pm

Located Downtown on Broadway between 2nd and 5th Streets and the City Plaza, you can see countless vendors displaying their amazing food, jewelry, music, art, and more! Friday Night Concerts

May 5-September 8

7:00pm-8:30pm

Celebrating over 40 years of entertaining the Chico community! If you enjoy spending time Downtown, you absolutely cannot miss the Friday Night Concerts in the City Plaza. These weekly concerts fill our city with the various genres of music that our locals love--everything from Latin groove to Classic Rock! Come down and support your talented local musicians! Downtown Chico Restaurant Week

July 7-July 16

This week of fun-filled food, contests, and quests comes to Chico for the first time! There are so many places to go that the event lasts for TEN days! Slice of Chico

July 14-July 15

9:00am-5:00pm

In various places Downtown, you'll see businesses promoting deals that are unbelievably great! So drop by for a little shopping, try out the watermelon themed food at participating restaurants, or stop by one of the two watermelon stations. There's nothing better than a cold piece of watermelon on a hot day. Don’t miss one of Chico’s favorite traditions, make sure to go with family and friends and enjoy the fun!

Woodstock’s Chico Trivia Night

Every Wednesday, year round

8:00pm

Do you constantly spew facts about various subjects to your friends? Are you ever impressed with your own knowledge? Perhaps you are the Hermione Granger in your crew or the not-so-subtle low key know it all. Drop by Woodstock’s (166 E. 2nd St.) and see how smart of a cookie you really are!
