When you are looking at apartment complexes, is having good neighbors important to you? Do you want to live in a complex that values these relationships and will help you build them? If you said yes to these questions then Living in Chico is the place for you. But how does it help build community?
Creating Caring Communities is a non-profit that has care teams at 6 of our properties. We want you to be able to feel a sense of community when you decide to live in one of our Living in Chico properties. These care teams spend 15-20 hours a week organizing and planning activities, giving to fellow neighbors in need, or greeting people who are moving into the complex. These activities include movie nights, bbqs, pizza nights and more!
Everything But the Movie at Amanda Place Apartments
Jason and Bridget welcomed residents at the clubhouse with warm smiles and movie fixins. Sounds weird? No way! Sometimes all you want to do is watch a movie in the comfort of your own home with candy, popcorn and soda pop. This Caring Community Event gives our residents just that!
Residents rushed on over to grab their snacks and rented their movies from the clubhouse. Is there a better way than spending a cloudy Friday in the comforts of your apartment but with a little excitement? I thought not! This care team averages 30-50 residents that attend their events at Amanda Place Apartments. You can definitely get to know your neighbors with these events!
Living in Chico is your apartment resource to help you find your next home! We have beautiful apartment complexes throughout Chico, a blog on apartment living, video tours of our properties and more. We want you to have the best experience living in an apartment and that starts with the search. Check us out today, you will be glad that you did.
