A common mode of transportation is our B Line (Butte Regional Transit). Because our complexes are throughout Chico, we have bus stops near all of our complexes. This makes running your errands, going to work, or getting your kids to school easy!

Get your kids socially active my participating in our Caring Communities events. Six of our properties have Care Teams that plan monthly events like an ice cream social, bingo and more. Residents can participate in the monthly events for free and kids can join in too. This is a great way for your kids to make new friends in your apartment complex or a fun way to spend time as a family.
