Happy 4th of July!
Fireworks, the one event that captures the attention of all ages. Independence Day consists of coming together as a community to watch the dark sky light up in magnificent colors.
Below you’ll find all the updated information on this year's festivities and what each town is doing for its annual fireworks show!
Fireworks in Chico
The Silver Dollar Fairgrounds & Speedway, the only place in Chico that sets off fireworks, will be setting them off after their scheduled races!
You do have to purchase tickets to watch the races and the fireworks. Here are the prices and times!
When: Monday, July 4th
Adult Ticket: $20.00
Seniors 60+ Ticket: $15.00
Military (with current ID): FREE!
Juniors Ticket (age 12-15): $10.00
Kids 11 & Under: FREE!
Pit Gates Open: 2:00pm
Grandstand Gates Open: 4:00pm

Fireworks in Redding
Redding's 4th of July Celebration and Fireworks show, The Freedom Festival, is back this year!
Where: Redding Civic Auditorium | 700 Auditorium Dr. | Redding, CA 96001
When: Monday, July 4th | Fireworks @ Around Sunset

Fireworks in Oroville
The Oroville Rotary Club Fireworks Show is happening again this year.
Where: Oroville Municipal Airport
When: Monday, July 4 - Fireworks start approximately 9 p.m.
According to the Enterprise-Record,
"The display will be visible from the Forebay and Afterbay and the Nelson Avenue Sports Complex will be open for tailgate viewing. Viewing is also available at Table Mountain Golf Course, 2700 Oro Dam Blvd. West, for a $10 per person fee. Tickets, which include a hot dog, bag of chips and seating on the golf course, should be purchased in advance by calling 530-533-3922."

Fireworks in Red Bluff
The Tehama County Fireworks Committee are launching the fireworks from Diamond Avenue next door to the Tehama County Shasta College Campus.
When: Monday, July 4th
If you are someone who purchases their own fireworks, don't forget to your TNT fireworks at the booth in the Home Depot parking lot as it is the only booth that gives 100% of their proceeds to Tehama County's big firework show!
