Reminder of Hignell Rentals Patio Rules

June 20, 2017 / by Hignell Rentals Team

Patio furnitureSummer time is here and hopefully you are finding yourself spending more time outside. The majority of our Hignell Rentals properties have wonderful patios that our residents enjoy. Now is a great time to give our residents a quick reminder of those patio rules that are stated in your lease.

  1. Use outdoor furniture only. So if you are thinking about putting your extra couch from your living room outside, think again.
  2. Awnings or other screens are not allowed.
  3. Any item that can be seen over the patio fence must be approved by resident manager. So if you can see it above your fence, give the complex office a call and ask if it’s ok to have it.
  4. Keep it neat and tidy. This is a not a place to keep your filled garbage bags when you don’t want to go to the dumpster.
  5. Avoid clutter. Please do not use the patio like a storage unit. This not only is an eyesore but could also be a fire hazard if you're blocking an exit.

If you have more questions about rules regarding Hignell Rentals patios, give the complex manager a call. Are you feeling like your own patio could use a little makeover? Then check out these links below to give you a few ideas!
