Yoga

No matter the level you’re at, there is a free yoga class made just for you. Yoga is great for gentle stretches, helping you calm down and relax, and your overall mobility. With all the sitting and lounging around we’ve done the past 11 months it’ll be good for your muscles to get a good stretch!

Barre

The benefits of a good barre workout include improving your cardiovascular endurance, improving your balance, and strengthening those core muscles you probably haven’t used in a while.

HIIT

Have you been hearing all about this popular workout and wondered what it actually is? HIIT or high-intensity interval training is a type of workout that can be done in a short amount of time but gets your heart pumping! Your workout will consist of doing an exercise at a hard and fast pace for a short period of time and then a rest break before jumping into another exercise. Lots of the free HIIT classes don’t require any equipment, all you have to do is pick how long you want to work out for!

Pilates

Pilates is a lot like yoga, but without a spiritual emphasis. It has specifically targeted exercises that will help you to improve your flexibility, strength, and posture with a focus on working your core. Some Pilates has you using resistance-based reformer machines, but you can also do a basic Pilates class for free without equipment!

1980’s Aerobics

It sounds funny and has a bit of a cringe factor, but it will kick your butt! The 1980’s were full of group classes that helped you get up on your feet and sweat a little in your brightest leotard. Take a time machine back to the 80’s and get your dance aerobics on with these free 80’s aerobics classes. Want to experience an aerobics dance workout without time traveling?
