We’re so excited we just have to jingle the keys
To the apartments and homes we offer to rent
To the people of Chico, our valued residents!
We just had to write a poem inspired by
That story about that big jolly guy
We invite you to take a moment or two
To read about what Hignell Rentals has to offer Santa and you!
'Twas the night before Christmas at a Hignell Rental Property
Santa was coming, but he was incognito, you see
He looked like a farmer but nobody knew
Because he was taking a tractor when he normally flew
He drove through the orchards around our great town
And stopped at Chico rental properties without a sound
If they were well kept and all seemed in place
A gift he would leave the tenants with grace
But first Santa liked to look around you see
He knows to stop first at Chico rental properties
Because they are comfortable, private and clean
He can take a breather and still remain unseen
During this time he took a reprieve
He enjoyed the amenities at Chico rental properties
He took a swim in the pool and a soak in the spa
The warm water and jets made him sigh with an awe
The fitness center always provided the space
To work off some calories so he could pick up the pace
He still had to deliver to all the good girls and boys
But at Chico rental properties there was so much to enjoy
From the beautiful grounds all landscaped and kept
To the in-unit amenities where the residents slept
Like a dishwasher, microwave, and disposal oh my!
Even a place where clothes could be washed and dried
The patio and central HVAC were a must
And small pets were even allowed without fuss
Although a reindeer didn’t quite qualify
They watched and waited in the ample parking nearby
They were anxious to get underway and quick
Because pulling the tractor slowed them down a bit
They still had to deliver north south east and west
To the Chico rental properties they had left
Santa gathered his things and left the gifts
And the reindeer decided to make up time with a lift
They flew over Bidwell Park and above Downtown
Chico Rental properties they visited all around
He was happy and content with the progress he made
As the moon and the stars in the night sky started to fade
It was time to finish up the night at last
But for Santa it was more enjoyable than years in the past
He made his last stop just out of sight
As the sun peaked over the Sierra Nevadas with light
It was morning in Chico, sunny and bright
But before he was gone Santa wished all a good night!
