Pools Included Within Each Complex

In every one of our complexes we have a pool that can cool you off after a long hot day. Although each pool is different in size, they are all big enough to fit the whole family and a few friends on a hot Saturday afternoon. We can guarantee that all your friends who don’t have access to a pool will thank you for it. In the colder months, some residents still enjoy taking a dip!

Clubhouses Included in 8 of our 11 Complexes

We also have lovely clubhouses that are shared with all the residents of the community. The clubhouse is also available to rent for any private party you're wishing to throw that's too big for your apartment.

Each clubhouse comes with a variety of awesome amenities, because who doesn’t like amenities within amenities? They have living rooms with comfy couches and tables, along with a TV to enjoy either a movie night or maybe plan to watch the Bachelor/Bachelorette with all your friends on Monday nights.

Cooking more than your kitchen can fit? No worries! Clubhouses are fitted with a kitchen that everyone has access to. If your dinner party is also too big for your apartment then come eat at the dining table right outside of the kitchen in the clubhouse.

Extra Amenities Depending on the Complex

An apartment complex that has a pool would be awesome enough. BUT we want you to know that we have more to offer our residents. While each complex has the things listed above, they each have something that makes them unique and more enjoyable. Depending on which one you pick to live in or live in already you can find some of these extra awesome amenities:

• Spa/Jacuzzi: For those who want it in the summer time or to warm up in the winter, Hignell Rentals has got you covered at several complexes.
• Wading Pools: For the times to cool off without dunking your head, also great if you have tiny humans who can’t swim on their own yet and need parent supervision.
• Fitness Center: Workout rooms are easily accessible and are located within the clubhouse so that you don’t have to pay to join a gym.
• BBQ’s: Some complexes have them near picnic tables.
• Picnic Tables: Eating outside is refreshing and gives you a chance to enjoy the wonderful nature that surrounds all of our complexes.
• Sauna: Relax your muscles after a hard day’s work, then cool off by jumping into the pool before going back home.
• Washer/Dryer: A few of our complexes actually have w/d in unit; if yours doesn’t, check to see if there is a communal w/d for the complex or know that you are probably close by to a laundry mat!
• Putting Green: On one of our complexes you can practice your putting before taking your skills to the golf course.
• Tennis Courts/Volleyball Courts/Basketball Courts: Brush up on your tennis skills or break out those volleyball shorts and get back into the game. 
• Business Center/Study Room: Two of our complexes have a business center or study room inside the clubhouse that will allow you to get work done or have meetings without going into the office but also getting you out of your apartment.
• Caring Community Team: Have help fostering an atmosphere where you know your neighbors and are more connected.

Exciting Changes Coming to One of Our Hignell Rentals Properties!

One of our Hignell Rentals properties, 1661 Forest Avenue Apartments, is undergoing a major pool area remodel during 2021. The end result will be a resort style pool with a hot tub, plenty of seating, community gathering and grilling areas and more! Check out the resort style pool plans here.
