Summer time is here and hopefully you are finding yourself spending more time outside. The majority of our Hignell Rentals properties have wonderful patios that our residents enjoy. Now is a great time to give our residents a quick reminder of those patio rules that are stated in your lease.
- Use outdoor furniture only. So if you are thinking about putting your extra couch from your living room outside, think again.
- Awnings or other screens are not allowed.
- Any item that can be seen over the patio fence must be approved by resident manager. So if you can see it above your fence, give the complex office a call and ask if it’s ok to have it.
- Keep it neat and tidy. This is a not a place to keep your filled garbage bags when you don’t want to go to the dumpster.
- Avoid clutter. Please do not use the patio like a storage unit. This not only is an eyesore but could also be a fire hazard if you're blocking an exit.
