Have you been hearing all about this popular workout and wondered what it actually is? HIIT or high-intensity interval training is a type of workout that can be done in a short amount of time but gets your heart pumping! Your workout will consist of doing an exercise at a hard and fast pace for a short period of time and then a rest break before jumping into another exercise. Lots of the free HIIT classes don’t require any equipment, all you have to do is pick how long you want to work out for!

Pilates

Pilates is a lot like yoga, but without a spiritual emphasis. It has specifically targeted exercises that will help you to improve your flexibility, strength, and posture with a focus on working your core. Some Pilates has you using resistance-based reformer machines, but you can also do a basic Pilates class for free without equipment!
