2. Great Locations Near Schools
Living in Chico has its many perks and one of them is the number of schools that are within walking or biking distance from our properties. If you don’t think your child is ready to walk or ride their bike to school, then that makes your drive time shorter too.
3. Near Bus Stops
One of the great things about Chico is its size. We are a smaller town and it is easy to get from one side of town to another with different transportation options at your fingertips. A common mode of transportation is our B Line (Butte Regional Transit). Because our complexes are throughout Chico, we have bus stops near all of our complexes. This makes running your errands, going to work, or getting your kids to school easy!
4. Creating Caring Communities
Get your kids socially active my participating in our Caring Communities events. Six of our properties have Care Teams that plan monthly events like an ice cream social, bingo and more. Residents can participate in the monthly events for free and kids can join in too. This is a great way for your kids to make new friends in your apartment complex or a fun way to spend time as a family.
