The individual apartment units at Sterling Oaks are available in five different floor plans to fit your needs. Whether you’re living solo or have a family, you’ll find a home that is spacious, allows natural light in, and provides you with all the basic appliances. There are also walk-in closets, an area set apart for the laundry room, and a lovely patio.
The lawns and plant beds at Sterling Oaks are nicely manicured, offering greenery throughout the year and seasonal color. There is also a beautiful view of the foothills, and it’s only a few blocks from Bidwell Park which can be easily accessed by taking the bike path that winds around the apartment grounds.
Although a personal butler and maid doesn’t come with each apartment, you do get a yummy breakfast provided at the clubhouse every Wednesday morning, as well as a friendly manager and a maintenance team who are there to help you with anything you need, and that’s kind of like having a butler. We’ve also taken care of the water and garbage for you and there is easy access to a bus stop so you can get to schools, medical facilities, and shopping. Or you can just take your car that is hanging out in its assigned, covered parking space. But we think you’ll want to stay in because we plan some fun get-togethers in the clubhouse on a regular basis.

Then in the evenings, take a stroll on the path that surrounds the complex and leads to the park, or sit on your patio or balcony and take in the hum of the surrounding neighborhood.
