Do you want to have somebody who cares, who knows the property inside and out and who loves living in Chico as much as you do? Then let’s meet one of our apartment managers. ## Meet Heather Alexander Heather has been living in Chico for 15 years. One of the best things about Chico, is that we have a ton of fun things in a smaller city. If you are living in Chico, you have the opportunity to ride your bike from one part of town to the other end of town. [Utilizing bike trails](http://www.bcag.org/documents/transit/bike_maps/BCAG_BIKE_MAP_front_web.pdf) and attending the local Farmer’s Market, playing in Bidwell Park and even going to gallery openings are all things that Heather enjoys doing in her free time. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Heather has been the manager of [Sierra Manor](http://www.livinginchico.com/rentals/property/418/1836-Laburnum-Ave-Chico-CA) for four months now, but has lived in the complex for the past 10 years. Her favorite part of her complex is the view outside the large windows of the units and the pool which is partially shaded in the summer time. [Sierra Manor](http://blog.livinginchico.com/blog/bid/376746/What-s-to-Love-About-Living-in-Villa-Monterey-Sterling-Oaks-and-Sierra-Manor-Apartments-in-Chico-California) is a smaller complex that has 24 units which lends to the strong sense of community that it has. If you are looking for a quiet and safe place to live but is centrally located in Chico, then this complex should be your next home! Heather thinks that people should choose a [Living in Chico property](http://www.livinginchico.com/rentals) to be their next home because they will be a part of complexes that have high quality apartments and services as well. If residents have any problems, they can rest assured knowing the managers are ready to find a solution. This sounds like office staff that truly care about their residents. If you want to live in an apartment that has a manager that will greet you with a smile and has lived at that apartment for years, then check out Sierra Manor! Heather will happily show you around and let you know if there is an available unit. Schedule a tour with our managers below and be prepared to fall in love with our beautiful apartments. ![file-2613594009](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/file-2613594009-2.jpg?width=600&name=file-2613594009-2.jpg) Share this Blog [![Share on facebook](https://fs.hubspotusercontent00.net/hubfs/4172253/OneTheme/social-icons/facebook-icon.svg) ](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://blog.hignellrentals.com/living-in-chico-meet-our-sierra-manor-manager-heather&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook) [![Share on twitter](https://fs.hubspotusercontent00.net/hubfs/4172253/OneTheme/social-icons/twitter-icon.svg) ](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?original_referer=https://blog.hignellrentals.com/living-in-chico-meet-our-sierra-manor-manager-heather&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&url=https://blog.hignellrentals.com/living-in-chico-meet-our-sierra-manor-manager-heather&utm_medium=social&utm_source=twitter&source=tweetbutton&text=) [![Share on instagram](https://fs.hubspotusercontent00.net/hubfs/4172253/OneTheme/social-icons/instagram-icon.svg) ](http://www.instagram.com/share.php?u=https://blog.hignellrentals.com/living-in-chico-meet-our-sierra-manor-manager-heather&utm_medium=social&utm_source=instagram) [![Share on linkedin](https://fs.hubspotusercontent00.net/hubfs/4172253/OneTheme/social-icons/linkedin-icon.svg) ](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://blog.hignellrentals.com/living-in-chico-meet-our-sierra-manor-manager-heather&utm_medium=social&utm_source=linkedin) [![Share on whatsapp](https://fs.hubspotusercontent00.net/hubfs/4172253/OneTheme/social-icons/whatsapp-icon.svg) ](https://web.whatsapp.com) [** Previous Post Previous Post ](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/new-apartment-living-safety-checklist) [** View all posts ](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/) [Next Post ** Next Post ](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/sterling-oaks-apartment-living-at-its-finest) ## Recent Posts [![How to Rent an Apartment in Chico or Redding, CA-featured-image](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/hubfs/Blog%20Images/How%20to%20Rent%20an%20Apartment%20in%20Chico%20or%20Redding%2c%20CA.jpg) ](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/how-to-rent-an-apartment) ### [How to Rent an Apartment in Chico or Redding, CA Click to view How to Rent an Apartment in Chico or Redding, CA](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/how-to-rent-an-apartment) [Learn More ** Click to view blog post ](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/how-to-rent-an-apartment) [![What to Look for When Renting an Apartment: Your Apartment Comparison Checklist-featured-image](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/hubfs/Blog%20Images/What%20to%20Look%20for%20When%20Renting%20an%20Apartment%20Your%20Apartment%20Comparison%20Checklist.png) ](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/what-to-look-for-when-renting-an-apartment-comparison-checklist) ### [What to Look for When Renting an Apartment: Your Apartment Comparison Checklist Click to view What to Look for When Renting an Apartment: Your Apartment Comparison Checklist](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/what-to-look-for-when-renting-an-apartment-comparison-checklist) Knowing what to look for when renting an apartment can make the difference between moving forward with...
