Once you've had a look at what Chico has to offer you, it's time to take a look at where you're going to live. Our apartment videos* will help you make that decision! These video tours show you the inside of apartment units, the clubhouses, amenities, and the grounds to give you a feel for each of our complexes.
*Note: Not all of our apartment complexes have video tours. Follow the steps below to check if the apartment complex you're looking at has a video or not.
Step #1: Narrow down the search criteria by clicking on "Rental Search" in the main navigation and selecting "Apartment" and "Chico," then hit "GO!"
Step #2: Scroll down and when you find an apartment that you're interested in, click the DETAILS button.
Step #3: Scroll down the page, and if there is an apartment video for the complex you chose then it will be underneath the apartment complex's photos.
It's common to have to wait and call an apartment complex to find out the prices of different units. We give you the monthly rent prices on our website, along with the deposit amount for each of our complexes and each of our units so you can see right then and there if it will fit in your budget.

Once you've had time to look through the different complexes, and before you begin the application process, make sure there are vacancies within that complex. You can find out if there are any vacancies by scrolling towards the bottom of the page, past Floor Plans, until you see the header Vacancies.
If you want to double check that the type of apartment you want is available for rent then you can call the apartment complex office during office hours (located in the Contact Us section below Vacancies) and talk to their staff about unit vacancies.
When you find the perfect complex for you, you can apply online. No need to travel to Chico to fill out the basic application. Our online process is quick and easy.
