Whether it's spending more time with friends, beefing up your savings account or learning a new language, wouldn’t it be nice if you had some help trying to keep the promises that you make to yourself to the end of the year? This is where Hignell Rentals comes in to save the day. There are 3 [popular resolutions](http://list25.com/25-of-the-most-popular-and-commonly-broken-new-year-resolutions/) that people from around the world make that Hignell Rentals apartments can help with. Yes, that’s right, if you're looking for an apartment to live in then you better check out our apartments because we have the complexes that just keep on giving. ## Saving Money There are several different ways that Hignell Rentals apartments can help save you money throughout the year of 2016. The rent is affordable and you can choose apartments in great locations throughout Chico or Redding. Save money by utilizing the amenities that the clubhouse has to offer: check out DVDs, rent a vacuum, watch the football game on the flat screen TV and more! ## Get Healthy Our apartment complexes have fitness centers that residents can use. Want to lose a few pesky pounds this year? Or what about gaining some muscle mass? If you're a resident here you will find people running on treadmills while lifting that lead. Residents use the fitness centers at no extra charge, which means you can ditch that fancy gym membership with that hefty price tag. ## Socialize More Are you interested in getting out of your apartment and spending more time with other people and making new friends? Hignell Rentals apartments have [Caring Community Teams](http://www.cccteams.org) that plan events for residents to bring community to our complexes.   If you have a Caring Community Team at your complex, you can participate in the event for free and socialize with your neighbors all while not having to organize the get together. Sounds like a good time! Find out if the apartment you're considering has a Creating Caring Communities Team and take a look at its upcoming events [here](http://www.cccteams.org/calendar/month-view?date=1/1/2016). If your New Year’s resolutions have anything to do with saving money, getting healthy or socializing more, then moving into [Hignell Rentals apartment](https://www.hignellrentals.com/rentals/) is for you. Take a look at our beautiful apartments, check the amenities lists, and if you like what you see, then you can fill out your application online.
