Every year the Chico News & Review holds the Best of Chico contest where locals vote on their Chico favorites. After the votes are tallied they announce the winners and let me tell you what, businesses really appreciate knowing that they are liked. So if you're living in Chico let’s get started and get to voting!
Where Do You Vote?
This process is pretty easy when you know where to look. Click here to go to the CN&R Best of Chico 2018 webpage to create a log-in. This is what the page looks like. It's easy to sign-in with a third-party account or create a sign-in with your email.
Once you sign-in, you'll see 10 different categories. Simply type in your favorite business within each of the categories. Yes, it's that easy!
What Are The Rules?
You have until Wednesday, Sep. 12, at 11:59 p.m. to cast your ballot. You can only vote once. The ballots are counted electronically. Anyone can vote, but you must be 21 or over to win the contest prize.

Voting for your favorites for the Best of Chico 2018 is an easy way to show support of local businesses. Plus, with quirky categories like "Best Cheap Eats," "Best Local Music Act," "Best Local Personality" and "Best Farmers' Market Vendor," just to name a few, it's just fun! You may even discover a new local establishment to try when the results are unveiled on October 12, 2018.
