Well these apartments in Chico California have great locations, varied amenities, quality units, and managers and staff that care about giving you the best experience while living in our properties. It's time to meet another Living in Chico manager. ## Meet Franci Short Franci has been living in Chico collectively for 15 years. She loves to be outdoors so she frequents [Bidwell Park](http://bidwellpark.org/page/explore-bidwell-park/park-overview.php) quite a bit. Bidwell Park is known for its hiking, swimming holes, picnic areas, local wildlife, and trees and plants that are native to this area. Franci is also a photographer so one of her favorite places to shoot is in lower park. Franci has been working at [Forest Glen](http://www.livinginchico.com/rentals/property/419/Forest-Glen-Apartments-Chico-CA) apartments for 1 year. Franci says her favorite part about her complex is the residents that live there. Because it's a smaller 18-unit complex, it has a strong sense of community. Forest Glen might be an older complex, but it is well-maintained, has large square footage, patios for your favorite BBQ, and is in a quiet neighborhood. Forest Glen has many BBQs, potlucks and other parties to celebrate being good neighbors and having good times. The main things that Franci thinks set LIC apartments apart from other apartments in Chico California is they are well maintained, tending to the residents needs is a priority, and [residents](http://blog.livinginchico.com/blog/lic-chico-rental-properties%E2%80%99-tenant-portals) have office staff that will be on your side. They want you to call our apartments in Chico California home for the long haul!
