We’re thankful for the simple and quaint one bedroom apartments in Chico California. Rosewood is an established and quiet community in north Chico that is located just a few minutes from central Chico and offers a great value in apartment living. Another of our one bedroom only apartments, Westpark Gardens is located on the west side just minutes away from Chico State University. Yet, while close to the university, it offers a quiet neighborhood with comfortable one bedroom apartments that are known for their beautiful kitchen tiles. We are thankful for it’s proximity to Chico State and that it’s nestled among large trees and pleasant landscaping.

Villa Del Mar offers an established apartment community located in central Chico, and has us thankful because it offers easy access to just about anything Chico has to offer – parks, shopping, restaurants and neighborhoods. In the summer you can take a dip in the pool with large trees shading you from the sun and in the fall/winter you can play a game of pool inside the clubhouse with friends or neighbors. We're also thankful that it also offers an indoor Jacuzzi, especially at this time of year!
