Whether it’s for family, friends, our health, the ability to place food on your table, or the roof over your head, etc.  At Hignell Rentals we are so thankful for our apartment complexes and the the modern day conveniences they share such as appliances, paid water and garbage, and an HVAC system. Along with the fact that each one offers a unique experience when it comes to Chico living.  Here are just three of our apartment complexes we are thankful for this season: Rosewood Apartments, Westpark Gardens, and Villa Del Mar apartments. ## Rosewood Apartments **We’re thankful for the simple and quaint one bedroom apartments in Chico California.** Rosewood is an established and quiet community in north Chico that is located just a few minutes from central Chico and offers a great value in apartment living. We're also thankful for the beautifully landscaped grounds! **Amenity Highlights:** - Pool - Sauna - Tennis Courts - Basketball Courts - Assigned, covered and lighted parking Check out everything that Rosewood has to be thankful for and take a virtual tour [here](https://www.hignellrentals.com/rentals/property/413/Rosewood-Chico-CA/#welcome)! ## Westpark Gardens Another of our one bedroom only apartments, Westpark Gardens is located on the west side just minutes away from Chico State University. Yet, while close to the university, it offers a quiet neighborhood with comfortable one bedroom apartments that are known for their beautiful kitchen tiles. **We are thankful for it’s proximity to Chico State and that it’s nestled among large trees and pleasant landscaping. ** **Amenity Highlights:** - On-site laundry - Pool - Spa/Jacuzzi - Covered, lighted and street parking See if you’d be thankful living in Westpark Gardens by taking a virtual tour [here](https://www.hignellrentals.com/rentals/property/431/Westpark-Gardens-Apartments-Chico-CA/#photos). ## Villa Del Mar **Villa Del Mar **offers an established apartment community located in central Chico, and **has us thankful because it offers easy access to just about anything Chico has to offer – parks, shopping, restaurants and neighborhoods.** In the summer you can take a dip in the pool with large trees shading you from the sun and in the fall/winter you can play a game of pool inside the clubhouse with friends or neighbors. We're also thankful that it also offers an indoor Jacuzzi, especially at this time of year! **Amenity Highlights:** - On-site Laundry - Pool - Jacuzzi - Tennis Courts - Assigned, Covered & Lighted Parking You can learn more about Villa Del Mar [**here**](https://www.hignellrentals.com/rentals/property/425/Villa-Del-Mar-Apartments-Chico-CA/).   Choosing where to live is an important decision, especially when you want to be thankful for the roof over your head this season!
