Okay, we don’t offer tree houses – er – tree apartments, but we do offer apartment living that is ideal for anyone, especially [those who enjoy the outdoors](https://www.hignellrentals.com/rentals/property/412/1661-Forest-Avenue-Chico-CA/), and here’s why. **Bike Path** There’s a paved bike path that borders the apartment complex. You’ll have the relaxing sound of Little Chico Creek beside you as you ride and beautiful trees shading your way. The path leads all the way to Bidwell Park, where you can take a picnic, bike through to Downtown Chico or enjoy some sunbathing at One Mile. ## **Landscaping**  If you’re a nature lover, then you’ll appreciate the landscaping apartment living at 1661 Forest Avenue offers. The large trees provide shade, color, and a natural, peaceful environment. The grounds are also maintained regularly, so you’ll never have to worry about even a leaf being out of place. ## **Convenient Location**  If you like to help the environment and get a little bit of exercise at the same time, apartment living at 1661 Forest Avenue will let you do just that. It’s located close to abundant shopping, services, and restaurants for any of your needs. ## **Pets Accepted**  This is within reason of course, so [some restrictions apply](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/find-out-which-chico-apartments-accept-pets). Apartment living at 1661 Forest Avenue probably isn’t ideal for lions, tigers or bears, so if you’re THAT kind of outdoorsy person, maybe try a den or cave. However, talk to management when you’re taking a look at the apartments, because there are some great pets at our complex that love living there just as much as their owners. ## **Amenities**  The great amenities offered at 1661 Forest Avenue may have you spending more time out of your apartment then in. The Clubhouse is a great place to hold a function or just hang out with [other residents](https://www.cccteams.org/meet-our-teams/forest-avenue/). The spacious aerobics room allows you the area you need to practice your tumbling. The sparkling pool is the ideal place to be on a warm day and work on your tan. The tennis courts allow you to work on your serve and become a master player!  ## **Unit Features** If you’ve already been living in an apartment somewhere for any length of time, you quickly start to realize the features that are important to you and the ones you can compromise on. At 1661 Forest Avenue we bet you’ll find just about everything to meet your needs. The individual units feature plenty of natural light, walk in closets, washer/dryer, spacious kitchen, balcony/patio, and all of the other things you’d except like a garbage disposal, ceiling fans, and cable access. If you’re looking for a great place to experience apartment living in a natural and friendly environment, then come check out [1661 Forest Avenue](https://www.hignellrentals.com/rentals/property/412/1661-Forest-Avenue-Chico-CA/).
