1661 Forest Avenue Clubhouse Remodeled

clubhouse under construction While 2020 brought its challenges, it also presented us with new opportunities.

It allowed us to invite our maintenance and construction department, Experts In Your Home, to completely remodel one of our apartment complex's clubhouse.

The clubhouse at 1661 Forest Avenue is used by our residents for gatherings, Caring Community events, along with giving our residents the ability to rent it out and host everything from retirement parties or baby showers!

1661 Forest Avenue Clubhouse Remodel

The renovations included a completely brand-new state of the art kitchen, a full redesign of the main area, restrooms, new furniture, paint, recessed lighting, and flooring. This new designed allowed for us to open up the vaulted ceilings, giving our clubhouse an open and spacious feel.

Starting in August of 2020 and finishing in December of 2020, it only took Experts In Your Home 5 months to complete the job. Once restrictions on gatherings are lifted, it’s ready for our residents of 1661 Forest Avenue to enjoy and share in the new space with their friends and families.

New Features

The clubhouse received a completely new look with a 12’ glass wall that opens up to the pool area, an expanded open kitchen, and relocating the gym to overlook the pool!

But we’re not done yet! The next phase of the project will be to have Experts In Your Home to completely renovate and restructure the entire pool space to add outdoor cooking spaces, cabanas to give it a resort like feel a small walk from your apartment!
