It allowed us to invite our maintenance and construction department, Experts In Your Home, to completely remodel one of our apartment complex's clubhouse.  The clubhouse at 1661 Forest Avenue is used by our residents for gatherings, Caring Community events, along with giving our residents the ability to rent it out and host everything from retirement parties or baby showers! Continue reading to find out which areas were remodel and to see before and after shots. ## 1661 Forest Avenue Clubhouse Remodel The renovations included a completely brand-new state of the art kitchen, a full redesign of the main area, restrooms, new furniture, paint, recessed lighting, and flooring. This new designed allowed for us to open up the vaulted ceilings, giving our clubhouse an open and spacious feel. Starting in August of 2020 and finishing in December of 2020, it only took Experts In Your Home 5 months to complete the job. Once restrictions on gatherings are lifted, it’s ready for our residents of 1661 Forest Avenue to enjoy and share in the new space with their friends and families. ## New Features  The clubhouse received a completely new look with a 12’ glass wall that opens up to the pool area, an expanded open kitchen, and relocating the gym to overlook the pool! ## Coming Soon Features  But we’re not done yet! The next phase of the project will be to have Experts In Your Home to completely renovate and restructure the entire pool space to add outdoor cooking spaces, cabanas to give it a resort like feel a small walk from your apartment! Our property manager at 1661 Forest Avenue said, *“I love the updated clubhouse and our new modern kitchen space. I’m excited to show it to our current residents and also anyone who is looking at 1661 as their next home.”* ## Before & After Shots See the amazing transformation of 1661 Forest Avenue’s clubhouse below! **Kitchen Before Remodel** ![Before1](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Before1.jpg?width=464&name=Before1.jpg) **Kitchen After Remodel** ![Kitchen Cropped for Blog](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Kitchen%20Cropped%20for%20Blog.jpg?width=461&name=Kitchen%20Cropped%20for%20Blog.jpg) **Main Area Before Remodel** ![Before2](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/Before2.jpg?width=491&name=Before2.jpg) **Main Area After Remodel** **![After2](https://blog.hignellrentals.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Imported_Blog_Media/After2.jpg?width=479&name=After2.jpg)**   Interested in calling 1661 Forest Avenue home?
